The welding filter complies to the standards EN 166/EN 169 and ANSI Z87.1-2003 . It should be kept in its original packing until fitted into the equipment (spectacles , screen ,helmet …). Existing also in the range protections:(- Clear glasses- Poly Carbonate cover plates- CR39 cover plates)

Application: It is a mineral glass, tinted in mass, designed to assure protection

for the eyes against harmful rays emitted during welding and oxygen-cutting. It

does not offer protection against impact, flying particles, molten metal and or

corrosive liquids

Maintenance: Broken scratched or pitted oculars lose defectiveness and optical quality. They should be replaced immediately

Cleaning and disinfection. The shaded glass used to manufacture the range is

compatible with cleaning and disinfecting agents commonly used for the face

and eyes.

Performance: It filters when assembled in the required way satisfy all criteria for welding glasses as defined in the EN 166 standards and in particular. astigmatic, prismatic, and spherical optical strengths/transmission

factors /diffusion/surface quality characteristics/sufficient strength. These

performances are monitored carefully and control system and the test

equipment are verified at regular intervals by an external laboratory(PTB).

 Shade number : Before fitting the filter into the equipment, please ensure that it

corresponds correctly with the intended application.
