Operating principle:
 
The rotating impeller makes the raw coal from the loading port and put it forward.Raw coal is compressed gradually,particles tightly close and generating relatively large agitation and mixing at the same time.At this point, among the coal particles,between particles and strong blades with simplified come into being strong friction and shear.Simultaneously,under the action of heat,the temperature of cose rises,water and binder become more uniform,plasticity of coal also increased greatly,then through the control effect of die cones,coal partiales are compressed more tightly and then the coal is pressed into the straight parts of the mold,out of coal rods machine and molding.

Advantages:
 
1.Coal rods machines adopt hardened reducer which with small size and high load carrying capacity.
 
2.The impeller in coal rods extruder use thick blade design, impellers and liners of cylinder bodyare made ofwearresistant cast materials whose lifetime increased by 4~5 times more than ordinary materials;

3.coal rods export at head of machine use replaceable wearresistant alloy steel, easy to replace.
 
4.Head and cylinder using splice forms which can be opened when overhaul, it is convenient to replacement  the internal impeller and cylinder liner.
