2007,Jun：The touch panel department was established in Shenzhen.
2008,Mar：10.1’’ EMT LCD digital screen in 1024 levels first came out and put into mass production .
2008,Nov：Cooperated with customer to work out the 10.1’’netbook and tablet PC with EMT LCD digital screen
2009,Sept：18.5’’、19’’、21.5’’、23.6’’EMT digitizer in 1024 levels put into production.
2009,Dec：A famous bank uses our 10.1’’ digitizer for electronic signature
2010,Feb：Came into service in Korean for e-learning and government  informatization.
2010,May：The dual-mode with hand and pen touch system was developed and promoted successfully.
2011,Jan：Worked with Guangdong Mobile on the project of electronic signature, being the supplier of hardware used for electronic signature of  China Mobile.
2011,May：launched the AIO with hand touch system and pen touch system to meet the education and OA’s need of portability.
2011,Aug：Came out the tablet PC with hand touch system and pen touch system fitted for android、windows.
2012,Feb：work on the China Telecom’s  project of electronic signature, and became  its the supplier of hardware used for electronic signature of  China Mobile.
2013,Jun: VHT was joint-ventured by Viewsonic(China) and Hanvon Technology
