The use of attention to matters

Hydraulic oil

Please use the viscosity grade and ISOVG46 ~ 68 equivalent hydraulic oil. High pressure recommended viscosity grades and ISOVG46 ~ 70kg/cm2 above 68 considerable antiwear hydraulic oil. The use of fire resistant hydraulic oil (water glycol,phosphate, W/O emulsion etc.), please consult the company, the hydraulic oil must be clean, to prevent foreign or mixed with water, hydraulic oil color layering, white bubblemixed working fluid, then metamorphosed, working fluid must be replace.

The viscosity and temperature

The recommended operating viscosity is 20 ~ 500cSt (mm2/s), the working temperature is 0 degrees C degrees C ~ 60.

Oil pressure

Please use the -0.3kgf/cm2 ~ +0.3kgf/cm2 range, (above 0.3kgf/cm2, please use thehigh pressure oil seal).

Oil filter

Oil filter 150 mu m set suction side, oil filter 25 m with the oil discharge side, and the use of magnetic oil filter, and can increase the service life.

Pump installation

Pedestal mounted pump should have sufficient rigidity.

Pump suction port on the side to the suction.

The drive shaft of the pump and motor shaft connected by elastic coupling or chain coupling, eccentric error is not more than 0.05mm, the pump drive shaft can not bearany radial vertical force, lateral belt, chain, gear drive way to prohibit the use of.

Coupling in the pump drive shaft can freely assemble.

Mating tubing

With the pump port matching all tubing are used flange connection.

The suction side diameter according to flow rate less than 1.5m/s, the negative pressure is not more than -0.3kgf/cm2 selection, and as short as possible.

Start

Before starting the pump in the sliding surface of the lubricating oil inside the pump body work, filled with oil.

The pump must make the pump pressure relief starter, repeated start, stop, pump body and the oil suction pipe from the air.
