1.  Multiple functions: automatic SAW, carbon gouging and semi-auto CO2, intellective design offers usage of different kinds of auxiliary machine, reaching high efficient automatic welding.

2.  Suitable toφ2 toφ6 welding wire, single-wire SAW penetration can reach 20mm, which saves cost greatly.

3.  High quality weld, suitable to boiler, channel, boat-building, steel and hardware, etc.

Severe Environment Adaptability

1.     Unique protection technology of ASK, ensuring work stable in high temperature and harmful dust;

2.     Applying H class of insulation to the transformer and silicate paint as secondary protection barrier;

3.     All high current connectors use big contact area, packaging process, avoid dust and burning.

4.     Applying powerful radiator fan to take heat and harmful dust, ensuring the inner part of the machine clean ventilate and radiate heat well.

5.     Outstanding heat radiation technology, SDC-1000 tested by 1200A, the temperature of the components is under40℃,ensuring work stable in high current for long time.

        6.  All-directional vibration measurement is validated experimentally. The internal structure are well-designed, suitable to long distance carriage, hoisting vibration in-load, etc.
