Needle Roller Bearings

The needle bearings which equipped long and thin rollers (roller diameter ≤ 5 mm, length of roller / roller diameter ≥ 2.5), are more compact radial structure and smaller outer diameter than the other kinds of bearings with the same bore size and loadings, that is specially for the limited installation of radial direction. With different choices of non-inner race bearings or needle bearings and parts of cages, the matched surface of shaft neck and outer holes could directly be used as the inner and outer rolling surface.

This type of bearings could only sustain radial direction loadings, and the hardness of axle and outer holes rolling surface, the machining accuracy and equality are close to the levels of the rolling race of ring bearings, which also ensure that the loadings and operations should be as well as ring bearings.
