HANGZHOU HUANGYUE INDUSTRY’s Aluminum Roll Jacketing With Polysurlyn is manufactured from 3000 series aluminum, meeting ASTM B-209 standards.  This Aluminum Roll Jacketing With Polysurlynhas an exterior layer of heat cured acrylic enamel (clear or color tinted), with the addition of a 3mil layer of Polysurlyn(or kraft paper) over the interior.  The exterior painted finish provides an effective resistance to oxidation and corrosion in various environments.  The combination of heat cured acrylic enamel (weather clear or color tinted) and laminated Polysurlyn (or kraft paper)provide the best moisture and corrosion protection available on Aluminum Roll Jacketing today.  With this type of protection, you can be assured your project will be protected in those areas where moisture and corrosion resistance is a must.

Painted Acrylic with Polysurlyn (or kraft paper)Moisture Retarder Aluminum Jacketing is available in both smooth or stucco embossed finishes, and in 0.016”, 0.020”, 0.024”and 0.032” gauges. Various color tinted paint is available. 

RECOMMENDED USES

Aluminum Roll Jacketing With Polysurlyn is recommended for insulated piping, tanks and vessels less than 8 feet in diameter. Deep corrugated sheets are recommended for diameters greater than 8 feet.
