It can be applied to dense industrial slurry such as coal, metallurgy, chemical, steel, environmental protection, non-ferrous metal (copper, zinc, lead, tungsten, molybdenum, gold, silver, aluminum, etc.), ferrous metal especially for iron, rare earth metals and non-metal.

Product Features:

♦ Adopt the technique of deep feeding and advective sedimentation. It can reach a high capacity of 2.5～3.5m3/m2.h.

♦ Each rake equips with a hydraulic cylinder, facilitating the rakes to separated or united lift and dip reliably.

♦ Scrapers have the ability to rise from the lowest working place to above the water level for easy maintenance.

♦ Hydraulic driving is adopted to regulate the rake and bridge rotation with stepless speed change, which can be more adaptable for different conditional requirement and at the same time attain the optimal sedimentation.

♦ PLC program control and the coordination control.

♦ Periphery drive mechanism and lifting rake mechanism share a combined hydraulic pump station. Each pump, valve and instrument is under the protection of the oil box.

♦ Apply advanced and reliable electro-hydraulic control system. Use the hydraulic pressure as signal, which is comprehensive and accurate.
