In order to meet the market requirement, our company develops the new type of double spiral type quick freezer based on single spiral freezer. It adopts dual spiral tower structure. The spiral freezer is a high efficient freezing system which can freeze large quantity of products in limited space.

Large freezing quantity

Due to adopt the structure of double spiral towers,  improve the effect of spiral type freezing system. So the double spiral type quick freezing system is suitable for large scale frozen food enterprises.

Structure design more suitable to morden production

Single spiral type freezing system inlet and outlet has two types : inlet in top and outlet in bottom, inlet in bottome and outlet in top. And Double spiral type freezing system inlet and outlet are in the bottome, which is flexible, is easy to be equipped with other match equipment for achieving morden production.

Widely apply to frozen product

Since the structure design of double spiral tower for alone running, the quick freezing enterprises complete pre-cooling and quick freezing in one and save pre-cooling for cooked foods. The double spiral type quick freezer is also suitable to long time quick freezing bulk food.

NOTES

1. The capacity is designed for freezing chicken. Loading density : 5.5kg/m2, feeding temperature : +50 centigrade, output temperature :－18 centigrade, freezing temperature -35 centigrade +/- 2 centigrade.

2. Depending on the different products, the freezing time can be adjusted.

3. Refrigeration capacity is counted on the base of working condition of +35 centigrade condensing temperature and -42 centigrade evaporating temperature.

4. The technical parameter is designed according to freezing food.
