Main function and difference with other same products:

 

A.Function:

1.Vertical feeding directly into its place.

2.Mold is stationary,pinch roller rotates,material will be centrifugal in all around.

3.Ring mold,vertical structure,benefits to granulation chamber cool.

 

B.Difference：

 

1.1.Mold up,unique structure,vertical feeding,conducive to cooling.Mold up,vertical feeding to granulation chamber,to make material directly go in its place,no need other power device.In general,one common feeder of ring die pellet mill machine installs in its side,light weight materials will be difficult to go into the granulation,needs special devices to force pushing and uneven,most of important is granulation chamber can not reduce its temperature,will restrict transmission(gear,bearing) using life.Flat die machine has two structures,even though can vertical feed,there will exists many difficult problems.

1.Millstone rotates,rubs flat die machine with pinch roller structure,material will be easy to arch camber,cause uneven feed,affecting production.

2.Millstone is stationary,pinch roller rotates,even though can not arch camber,will produce centrifugal force,make central of flat millstone of granulation hole up and uneven will not have material to press,resulting in accumulation of material,uneven thickness.

 

1.2.Millstone static,pinch roller rotates,material is centrifugal,surrounding peripheral,then with two-story high bounce around unique role of mold,natural uniform distribution within the surface of the ring mold.General ring die pellet mill’s pinch roller is stationary,mold rotates,there will not have centrifugal force,uneven distribution of material.But even flat die pellet mill make pinch roller rotate to produce centrifugal force,die hole direction will not be same with material force.
