Process Flow:

Production process: Because no heating is allowable during production, cold rolled steel plates have no pocks, iron sheet oxidization and other defects usually appearing in hot rolling process, and have good surface quality and high glossiness. What’s more, cold rolled products have high size accuracy, and their performance and texture can meet some special use requirements, such as electromagnetic properties, deep drawing performance, etc.
