• What’s the max thickness can cut?

Answer: The machine with 63A can cut the max thickness is 8mm, if you need to cut more thick metal, we also have abother plasma power supply for you.

• What’s the voltage of the machine? Can we use the 110v/220v?

Answer: Usually the voltage of the machine is 380V, if you want to use 110v/220v it’s also ok, we could equip an special parts on the machine then you could use it.

5. Could you send your technician to our company?

Answer: Yes, it’s no problem. We could send the technician to your company, you just need to pay the round trip air ticket. But like this machine, usually it’s not necessary and you just need to step by step according to the pictures and videos then it’s ok!
