Brief:

The EOC1003 is a high sensitivity TIA with AGC for 2.5Gb/s. The AGC enables Dynamic range of over 31dB, which provide a high performance TIA for cost sensitive fiber optic applications such as GePON transceivers, Gigabit Ethernet and Fiber Channel.

The EOC1003 is pad compatible with the NT25L51 and MO2015 while offering superior performance and additional features. The EOC1003 can be used as an ideal drop-in replacement for the NT25L51 in existing applications requiring cost reduction without major redesign effort.

The main featuring including: data polarity invert, photodiode monitor and monitor invert functions, a operating without the requirement for a VDD supply decoupling capacitor within the ROSA, -28dB PSR (less than 4MHz)
