4. Usage

Edit-end, client-end software specific instructions can be found in the software manual. The following is a briefing.

1).Install the dongle driver

Used for the first time, please run this company provides the driver installation program DogInst. Exe, click install, after running.

2).Install MSCOMM32 controls

After installed driver if player after the double-click don't respond, then install MSCOMM32 again; If prompt invalid port number, then change the config. The ini file com5 for ports used on computers. (check the native computer com port methods: right-click on my computer - > device manager - > port).

3).Plug in dongle

Whether it's running Jingmin 4D effects edit-end, or the client-end software, first you must plug in the dongle, othervise program won't run; And can't pull up the dongle during the program is running.

4).Editing software and player software instructions

According to the types of pneumatic and hydraulic cylinder can be divided into two kinds:with linear transducer cylinder, and without linear transducer cylinder. Select JMDM series corresponding different controller hardware and software products.

Specific function

1).Servo cylinder control: 1 controller can control 8 servo cylinders, connect 8 cylinders potentiometer input, in general is 6 servo cylinders. For real-time detection of servo cylinder position, make precise control servo cylinder position closed-loop control system; Can receive the 4D movie player software to send over each servo cylinder positioning instructions, to complete the positioning requirements quickly and accurately;

2).At most can control 8 effects equipment, such as lightning simulation, rain, snow, smoke simulation, bubble simulation, water, vibration, spray, jet, wind, leg sweep,wind to ear, voice to ear, impact, etc.;

5. Notice

1). JMDM - COM4DFILM is used for 4D5D6D pneumatic/hydraulic dynamic with linear transducer accurate detection platform, if platform without linear transducer we s est to use our company cost-effective JMDM 16 chnnels control system:JMDM-4DI16DO or 20 channels control system:JMDM-COM20MR.

2). Wiring diagram details: in strict accordance with the product manuals attached behind the wiring diagram of external digital output part, controller, power supply connection lines; Power supply connection should be more strictly, carefully check again after confirmed, otherwise will burn controller or external input/output devices,etc;
