Product Description

 

 

  

1. Centrifugal Spinning Machine
LWC Centrifugal Spinning Machine for spun concrete pole & pile is driven by variable speed DC Motor. The spinning process is automatically controlled with a simple push button control panel.

High centrifugal force extracts the excess water from the fresh concrete placed in the mold. This process makes the concrete extremely denser. This in turn improves the quality of the concrete. The pole produced will have smooth surface with void cross-section.

The spinning process starts with slow revolution. The concrete will be distributed uniformly over the full length of the mold. Following that, the revolution increases automatically to medium speed and finally to high speed. At the highest speed, a large magnitude of centrifugal force (~30g) acts to compact the concrete.

  1. Q: concrete electric pole standards? 

       A:  America ASTM, British BSTM, or China Standards, or your country's Standards 

 

  2. Q: What is the Pre-stressed ? 

      A: the Pre-stressed here means the treatment technology for the steel wire and bars for the reinforced cage of the concrete

          poles. the concrete will become better strength and longer life. the pre-stressing is widely used in the building contruction,

 

  3.  Q: how many times one mould can be used?

       A: as this production use the wet casting concrete,  so how many times one mould can be used in 24 hours( two working

           shift per day), if with steam curing , one mould can be used for two times a day!  that means if you want to produce 100 

           poles a day( two working shift 8 hour per shift day) , you will need at least 50 moulds. 

 

  4. Q: how many labor need for the production line?

       A: there will need about 15-30 persons according the output of the poles per day!
