Description

SW750CKRO type 7.5m antenna is a Receive-only antenna with high performance of Cassegrain antenna that is produced with computer optimization design and advanced manufacturing process that the antenna system with high gain, low side lobe, high polarization discrimination and small VSWR.

A parabolic shape reflector is designed for the antenna, that composed by 20 pieces aluminium alloy panels. Each panel adopts stretch-formed aluminium with high accuracy riveted with ring and ribs on the precise mould, to ensuring antenna structure with high accuracy installation, simple reliable and with high wind loading rating.

The sub-reflector and feed system are processed to model by NC lathe; the surface are treated by conductive anodized and spraying painting after hot spraying Zinc.

All the antenna steel components are treated by spraying paint after hot dipped Zinc and hot spraying Zinc to increase the ability of antisepsis, and the service life of antenna is more than 15 years.

Antenna system is composed of antenna and feed. Please refer the Fig.1 of SW750CKRO

 

 

The electrical performance is compliant with FCC and ITU-RS-580 side lobe specifications and Intelsat ,Eutelsat, INMARSAT, ASIASAT,APT and CHINASAT, etc requirement.
