  Product properties: Sodium diaectate (SDA) is a compound of sodium acetate and acetic acid, which are bound by short hydrogen bonds. It is a white hygroscopic crystalline powder and nontoxicand is easily soluble in water (1g/ml) and ethanol. 

  Product Features：Sodium diacetate is a new multi-functional green food additive with various features like mildew proofing, seasoning, fresh-keeping; It is non-toxic and efficient, and a wide spectrum anti-microbial.
