Description
Beta-Glucanase BG-4500 is a kind of microbial enzyme produced by submerged culture. It is endoglucanase which specifically hydrolyzes beta-1, 3 and beta-1, 4 glycosidic linkages of Beta-Glucan to produce oligosaccharide containing 3~5 glucose unit and glucose.
BG-4500 can effectively break down beta-glucan in wheat and cereal endosperm cell wall. It is widely used in the beer brewing, juice processing and wine making.

Usage Guidelines
Add BG4500 at the beginning of the mashing. Typical dosage in beer brewery is 0.01 to 0.02 kg per ton of malt (in weight).
