We supply  galvanized / painted steel scaffolding planks which have a non-slip working surface. We use all modern techniques in the manufacturing of our world class products. Scaffolding steel planks can be manufactured as per customer’s specification and sizes also.

• CupLock Hop Up

  Platform Brackets enable 2 or 3 plank wide platforms to be placed between the scaffold and the workface. The blade end locks into the cup on the standard and the ends of the brackets are connected to each other with tie bars.

CupLock Standard Vertical

C-lock standard verticals are manufactured from 4.8mm O.D. Tube, Provided in various sizes with cup joints welded at 500mm, intervals. The top cups are made from malleable castings to endure rough site handling, and welded bottom cups are pressed from high quality steel.
Welded bottom cups are pressed from high quality steel and captive mobile top cups made out of malleable casting provide firm grip to ledger blades making the connection rigid and to endure rough site handling.

Produces from tube thickness – 3.2mm or 4.0mm

• CupLock Ledgers

  C-lock ledger horizontals are available in a range of standard sizes or can be made to a special length if required. The forged blade end fits in the cup of the vertical. The simple robust design ensures that horizontals need no maintenance.

• CupLock Transom

  Intermediate Transom provide a safe mid-bay support for 38mm scaffold boards. They hold the ledgers in their jaw section at each end are turned downwards to prevent dislocation. One end is provided with an integral locking device to prevent movement along the ledger during use.
