This is the lamp boday of model 02-01-4PIR, we use SMD which is smaller and able to downsize the whole lamp design and also we could use SMT to process the LED lamp production part which will reduce the labor cost. This heavy duty solar flood lights model could be easily installed on the wall with srews.


Below is the PIR sensor part, human body sensitive and sizable detection area to help light the way 10 metres aways, the lighting time is also programmable from 10s to 60s which is designed just below the sensor with a swing switch.


From this picture, you could see the PIR is rotatable based on your needs. And the reason why we design the sensor right under the lamp body is to prevent the rain and dust on it as much as possbile.

New Factory front sight view, total 6 buildings over 30,000 square metres constructed in 2002. Jinchang Group has got several sperated products inside: GPS antennas, Fabric, Ceramic patch and Solar lights. Solar lights are located in the No, 2 factory and we have got six production line up there with warehouse on the first floor, easy for the shiping arrangement.

And this is the LED light testing equipment which could easily check the LED lumens, working voltage, color tempreture and working efficiency etc. we have got both big ball and small ball to test large power range LED to assure our customer the qualified solar lights that we provide.


This is the procedure of model 02-01-4, solar lamp shell assembly. Also inspector follows in the production line to make sure every part is correctly installed, battery voltage testing, Solar panel charging testing and LED connection etc, the whole process will be inspected over four times from the material comes and final products ready to ship.

Installation Cases

Here you could find some installation pictures of our solar security lights. The battery could be charged by AC adaptors in bad weather, and very easy pack for other place. Personally, i would like to take one with i am out for a picniking, put it just besides the tent and if something comes near, the suddenly flash of light triggered by the motion detector will discourage the trespasser away.
