Coating technology breaks the rule that power of the laser tube is proportional to its tube length.
1. Thanks to coating technology, based on same and even stronger laser power (power enhanced by 30%), the laser tube length is reduced a lot, which enhances the usage of the laser tube.
(EG. Coated 100w laser tube is made in L1450mm, and normal 100w laser tube is  L1650mm)
2. Laser cutting machine with coated laser tube achieves a much better cutting effect and much higher cutting speed, compare to the machine with normal laser tube, which highly improves production quality and efficiency.
3. The contribution of coating technology for extending the life of laser tube and high stability greatly cuts the laser cutting machine maintenance fees, which saves very much production costs for our customers;

How much power type do I need?
25-35 Watts - It is special for stamp carving and simple engraving and thin material cutting, not recommended for thick cutting or dual head applications.

60-80 Watts - High production power level provides increased throughput, deep engraving and cutting. Ideal for precision engraving and cutting.
100-180 Watts - Very high production power level that is ideal for heavy cutting and deep, higher throughput engraving. For example, if you want to cut acrylic of thickness of over 3mm (include 3mm); you can choose high power lasers.
