Product Description
The product is powdery, and its gluten strengthening effect 10 times higher than the other common flour gluten-enhancer. With the use of the product, it can make low cost , and improve mouth feel characteries for several times.
The product can be used in steamed bread, bread and steamed stuffed bun to prevent the surface hardening, increase
air-binding ability, enlarge volume, and uniform fine and smooth texture. It is the most desirable additives for flour products.
Application:
It is mainly used in flour, rice-flour and their products to enhance gluten, improve quality and elasticity, and increase smooth
and soft texture of noodle. It is suitablefor rice flour noodles, pasta, cold noodle, fine dried noodle, instant noodle, fresh noodle,
alkali noodle, hand-pulled noodles, etc tofacilitate processing, make noodles easy to demold, more resistant to break
and stick, more boilproof, more elastic,and more smooth; and increase chewiness and transparence of noodle soup.It
also can make rice-flour products more smooth and white, and improve flavour and quality.
Dosage:0.1-0.5% weight of the total formulated product
Specific usage:
Mix the product with 10-times flour, then add into the flour with stirring and other ingredient then add, or dissolve
the product in 10-times water and completely solubilize, then pour the solution into flour with adequate stirring.
Storage condition:
Sealed and stored at cool and dry place ,away from bright sunlight and mixed air pollution.
