Function: 

Vitamin B6 or Pyridoxine is essential for over 100 enzymes involved in protein metabolism. It is need to make haemoglobin and in the efficient working of the nervous and immune systems. Vitamin B6 is also needed for the conversion of tryptophan to niacin. Deficiency of Vitamin B6 may cause symptoms such as: skin inflammation, sore tongue, depression, confusion and convulsions and may also cause anaemia. There has been some evidence to s est that supplementation with Vitamin B6 may assist carpel tunnel syndrome and PMS syndrome.
