Heat insulation sandwich panel production line is the equipment to produce upper and lower layer of aluminum foil, non-woven, cement mortar, paper and other soft layer, and middle layer of PU foam plastic. The sandwich panel is 20-80mm thick, 1200mm wide, unrestricted long. The PU is transmitted in a certain proportion measured by metering pump of filling machine to mixing head, the lower material of sandwich panel is casted by mixed PU, together with upper material,  transmitted to lamination conveyer, foamed and solidified in chain board of lamination conveyor. The finished sandwich panel may be edge cut in production line and shaped different products after automatic cutting machine.
