Brief introduction

JLCSD 150,200,250,300,350,450,500 series od dredgers can apply to all kinds of geologic structures and can be widely used in mineral digging, port dredging and reclamation works.

By absorbing advanced technology of Dutch and American related products, this series of dredgers show their characteristics of rational design, all hydraulic control, simple operation, little maintenance and strong power. The capacity of JLCSD dredgers ranges from 100m3/hr to 1000m3/hr, dredging depth from 1m to 25m and discharge distance from 500m to 3000m, which can satisfy different work demands.

 

 

Working environment 

1.the temperature no higher than 40 degrees Celsius in summer and not lower than-10 degree Celsius in winter. The air humidity is no more than 30%,wind power is not exceed 7 in rivers.

2.sand ratio is no less than 60%(clay content is no more than 10%,scree content is no more than 15%,gravel content is no more than 15%,wind stone is no higher than 10%)

3.the ship is equipped with night-time lighting system suitable for all weather conditions and working uninterrupted.

4.the entire dredger is equipped with safety barriers.
