Main components and functions

DHB20 Continuous Drum Asphalt Mixing Plant Supplier has 10 working parts: single hopper grading machine, fuel burning system, drum dryer, binocular cyclone dust collector, elevator, hot storage bin, bitumen tank, asphalt spraying device, transformer room and electric system.

 

1).Grading machine

Components

Hoppers, chassis, small size belt conveyor, aggregate belt conveyor, motors and base plate

Function

The function of the grading machine is proportioned for raw materials

 

2). Fuel burning system

Components

Air blower, oil box and oil pipeline

Function

The function is providing heating resource for dryer drum.

 

3). Dryer drum

Components

4 rollers, 2 rolling rings, 2 catch wheels, a pair of chain and sprocket, barrel and multi row aggregate plate

Function

The function is heating cold aggregate, mixing mineral material and asphalt.

 

4).Deducting system

Components

Air hose, air blower, binocular cyclonedust collector and chimney

The function is discharging waste gas generated by the combustion and reducing the pollution of the environment.

 

5).Elevator

Chassis, lifting plate chain, chain wheel, hopper, tightener and shell

6). Hot storage bin

7). Bitumen tank

8). Asphalt spraying device

The function is feeding bitumen to the dryer deum from bitumen tank.

 

9). Transformer room

It is equipped with air-conditioning and has good air condition, widely sight. It’s easy to observe the working situation of external equipment and ensure the electrical appliances are working under constant temperature, and prolong the service life.

 

10). Electric system

This system is provided with a voltage meter, current meter and temperature display instrument to display equipment operation. The control voltage is 220V. All operations should be done concentrated on the console.
