GenSeq™ Sputum DNA Isolation Kit constitutes an all-in-one system for the isolation of DNA from sputum samples. The kit allows for the isolation of bacterial or eukaryotic DNA from the sputum samples using a spin column chromatography combined with GenSeq™ proprietary resin. The genomic DNA is isolated free from inhibitors and can then be used as the template in a number of downstream assays.
