WYB series preassembly box-type transformer house 

 

Ⅰ. General 

“High voltage/low voltage preassembly transformer house” defined by national standard and “box-type transformer house” for short call is composed of high voltage switchgear, power transformer and low voltage switchgear. It is better than civil designs for its advantages like flexible and convenient usage, small volume and floor space, low cost, fast construction, high reliability and beauty and so on. It is widely used in reform of the city network, high buildings, residences, industrial areas, business centre, airports, stations and ports, schools and industrial and mining enterprises and other occasions.

Height above sea level: ≤2000m;

Environmental temperature：—25℃~+25℃；

Relative humidity ≤95%（when 20℃）；

Daily temperature difference 25℃；

Outside wind speed ≤35m/s；

Inclination pitch ≤3º；

No fire, explosion danger, serious pollution, or chemical erosion occasion.

 

Ⅳ. Structure features

Cramped construction，small floor space, high strength and convenient transportation and installation. The users can select different structural style according to their needs.

The walls of the transformer house are made of steel plates or A-alloy. The framework is weld by profiled iron or connected by screws. The transformer house is composed of high voltage room, transformer room and low voltage room. The basis is weld by channel steel, which is of high strength. The ectotheca and the door are made of steel plates, composite board and A-alloy, which passed anti-corrosive treatment and can be used outside for a long-period. It is anti-corrosion, waterproof and dustproof, whose figure has conventional type, scenic type and other type designs to meet the requirements of different places. The shell of the transformer house has ventilating unit, heat insulation unit and dust filter. Besides, room-temperature monitor and anti-freezing unit can be added if required. 

The transformer house has perfect mechanical and electric interlock which meets “five-prevention” requirement. It is also has complete monitoring, control and protection methods and it can be system used with FTU system to satisfy the automation of the distribution network system.

 

Ⅴ. Advantages 

• All-round and reliable functions

It can cut off the load current and supply all range current protection. There are ring net (double power supply) and terminal two kinds wiring power supply modes. It has the basic functions of that of the civil design transformer.

    2. Low cost, small floor space, easy and convenient installation, fast power feed process:

• Small floor space: one fifth of that of the civil design transformer station;
• Easy and convenient installation: the operation men on site only need to fasten four installation screws and connect the inlet/outlet cables and the earth lines.
• safe and reliable power supply: totally-enclosed design, completely insulating structure with protection degree ≥IP33. Perfect mechanical or electric interlock which meet “five-prevention” for the guarantee of the human safety. 

3. The transformer of excellent performance

The transformer selects D，yn11 wiring mode with little harmonic component, high quality of the voltage and good wave shape, which can operate steadily in three-unbalance load condition.  

4. Easy and convenient maintenance  

Mobile fuse and completely insulating cable head make the replacement and maintenance easy and convenient.
