This type of refractometer is typical to check the Concentrated Syrups ( especially the Original Fruits Juices) and mainly used in Beverage processing. It is designed on improvement of 0-32%brix. It also can be used to check the sugar related liquids (fruit juice, soft- drinks, wine, honey), help monitor to control sugar concentrations in foods and beverages. ATC means "Automatic Temperature Compensation".
