The ER 316 welding stick consists mainly of 18Cr-12Ni-2Mo.It coordinates with the stainless steel alkaline sintered flux SJ601 .It’s welding line metal has good mechanical properties and resistance ability to intergranular corrosion and crack. It would not increase Si or C and would burn little Cr and Ni. Due to a low content of carbon, it has excellent inoxidability.

Use:  It’s usually used to weld materials in petrochemical industry and production and storge facilities of fertilizer or urea, such as 06Cr17Ni12Mo2 (SUS316).
