NRTL certification system is based on requirements of 29 Code of Federal Regulations(CFR29) and administrated by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA); The FCC certification system is based on requirements of CFR49 and administrated by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC). Electrical and electronic appliances covered in CFR29 are deemed to be in compliance with the North America regulations if only the manufacturers obtained any of the NRTLs' certificates, such as UL, CSA, ETL, etc.
       
        As the laboratory accredited by UL, CSA and ETL, CVC could provide customized North American certification services such as UL, CSA, ETL, etc...
