1、Filtering principle
Dust contained gas from the inlet into, passes through the ash hopper, gas in the part of dust with big granules by inertial force is separated out, falls into the ash hopper directly at the bottom. Dusty gas through the hopper into the box body in the bag filter area, gas passes through the filter bag, dust is blocked in a bag at the surface, the gas after purifying by the filter bag enters on the box body, again by the outlet.
2、Cleaning principle
With the filtration time prolonged, the filter bag dust layer continuously accumulate thick, dust removal equipment resistance rising, when the resistance of the equipment rises to the setting value, ash tuning began cleaning, first of all, the pulse control meter control electromagnetic pulse valve, compressed air in a very short time in the case of rapid expansion, into the bag, the bag expansion deformation vibration, and in reverse flow under the action of attached to the outer surface of the bag, the dust falls into the ash hopper of stripping, cleaning after electromagnetic pulse valve is closed, cleaning, in order, from the first filter bag dust to the next cleaning began as a a cleaning cycle.
3、Dust collection
After the filtering and cleaning work to be trapped dust down were to fall into the ash hopper, hopper mouth by centralized discharge.
