General Descriptions:

      IDEAL industrial flake ice machine unit is designed to be modularized for easy maintenance. The evaporation tank of 

this machine is made of stainless steel SUS304 or carbon Chromium upon the users’ requirement. The ice is very dry, 

pure, powderless, uneasy blocking. The PLC controlling system can automatically control thewhole progress of 

producing ice with alarm of lacking water, full ice, high/low pressure, and motor reverse rotation protection so as

to guarantee the machine run stably with less faults. The scratch style ice dropping system inside machine ensures 

constant working with minimum power consumption. The patent processing technology allows for highly efficient heating

transfer and energy saving.

Scope of applications:

The industrial flake ice machine has been widely applied for the cooling process fermentation, dairy production, chemical dyes,

  biological pharmacy, scientific experiment,mining temperature reduction, concrete cooling. Hydroelectric power station, nuclear 

  power station，etc.
