(2)．Adopt the most advanced technology and manufacturing process, first leading apply the newest PWM high-frequency pulse-width modulation technology、pulse train cascaded array modulation; adopt high power IGBT device and use high frequency technology to raise frequency high to 100kHz，so as to output high voltage to be much reliable and smaller ripple factor .

(4)．High precise、accurate in measurement. Current and voltage meter all are digital display, voltage resolution is 0.1kV, current resolution is 0.1uA. Voltmeter which is on control box directly displays the voltage value added at loading of being tested device. No need to add external voltage divider and simple wiring. Device has high and low voltage terminal measure leakage current. Adopt round shielding digital meter display at high voltage terminal to avoid surge of discharge; better anti-interference performance and for onsite use.

(5)．High stability of voltage tune, smooth voltage tune at entire range, adopt import singe multiturn potentiometer for output voltage tune, voltage raising process is smooth and high precise of tune with rough and fine adjustment function. Voltage adjustment precise is better than 0.1%, measure deviation of current and voltage is lower than 1.0%, pulsating factor is better than 0.5%.

(7)．Adding high precise 75%VDC-1mA function is bring big convenience for zinc oxide arrester measurement. No need to calculate just a press.  75% voltage functional key is on instrument control box, when current raise to 1000uA during arrester test, switch on 0.75 knob and voltmeter and ampere meter show 75% value. Reset the knob of voltage raise to zero position immediately after test finish, and quick press green button to cut off high voltage and shut down power, and do other tests.

(8)．Convenient over voltage setting function, adopt digital driving plate switch, can set voltage value as clear display, easily operate as you choose, displayed value unit is kV.
