Description

Carbonization furnace is a kind of stove used for charring biomass briquette into smokeless charcoal briquette.The quality and efficiency of kiln affect final forming of charcoal briquette greatly.This furnace is ideal equipment for wood briquettes to have anoxic distillation carbonization. Due to its rational structure, the furnace only needs small quality of heat consumption.Energy comes from firewood or gas heating.

 1) Selfignite carbonization oven: Productivity more than 1tons/day need use this kind of carbonization machine. After the charcoal finished carbonization, need long time to cool down.

3) Hoist lifting style: One machine equip with 3 pots. after one pot finish carbonization,we can change another pot to the cylinder to be continuous carbonization easily by using a lifting device. End Product Productivity : 650-700kg/pot/6hours
