Equipment Features
1. The equipment adopts mature dynamic beam & column Gantry boring and milling frame structure;  2. The big components of machine tool adopt combinations of welding & casting and stiffness & damping assembly; 3. Hydraulic balancing system is used in W-axis, a large diameter piston type cylinder is separately assembled on both left and right side to balance the weight of beam part; 4. In order to ensure the force balance in front and back of beam, avoiding beam forerake, the back of beam is designed as protruded to support beam center of gravity by W-axis;   5. Heavy-load and high rigidity linear rail is used, with good accuracy retainability.
