I. Overview

The system add instruments measurement on the basis of DLWD-ETBE12D730.

Equipped  meters:AC  Volmeter, AC  Ampermeter,  Frequency  meter, Power  factor  meter,Three

phase active power meter, Single-phase active power meter and Single-phase kilowatt hour meter.

II. Feature

1. Training platform and cabinet

The flat form is blue  column structure with regulator  on desk lag and height adjustable  to assure

platform stable. The desk is fire-proof material. Fire-proof, anti-abrasion, anti-light, stain resistant,

strike plate, heat proof, waterproof, high planeness, easy to clean and high color fastness.

2. Power box

a) Aluminium structure, beautiful appearance. Complete with ETBE series.

b) Simulate instrument panel identity. Students easy to know the instruments

c) Heavy line framework distinguish function unit. Easy to operate,safety.

d) Supply  box  supply three-phase,  five wires  power, single-phase  power and  two  way current

0-30V adjustable power.  Protection for over-current,low  voltage, short  circuit and leakage.  Four

DC current power  meter outfit. The  components are imported from  famous manufacturers. With

scram button.

3. Patch board

The stainless plate we use is imported from Germany. Punching is according to DIN standard. The

CNC machine  is imported  from Japan.  Special model  is Wilson.  he tolerance  of hole  is about

1um.The dimension of patch board is 640*730mm  is fit to DIN standard. This can assure various

components fixed on any place.

This is used for training electrical  skills, installation technics, fault analysis. Also can  be used for

assessment and test of electrical and electric. The experiment circuit can be simple and multiply as

required.

General lighting circuits , Automatic closed-loop control regulator and trial automation

systems and  integration can be installed  on the patch board. The  patch boards have long  life for

more than 10 years.
