Artificial sand rock is a very common .The raw material is river stone .river stone sand making machine is now is very mature ,which has great relations with the production of sand materials .In fact ,stone crushing line is similar with sand making production line ,while there are some difference at the same time .
Based on our research, river stone crushing line is mostly equipped with a few fine jaw crushers ,because most river stone size is below 300mm. the bigger one than 300mm can be given up, for it only posses a little proportion. There are available fine jaw crusher such as pe300*1300,pe250*1200,pe250*1000,etc. the vibrating screen is changed as the choosen equipments. This kind of crushing line has advantages of small investment and cheap wearable parts. If the river stone is too hard ,we s est using cone crusher. In a word ,we will offer the tailor-made solution.
