GPowering’s POWERACK series GP-MRM metal roof mounting system is suitable for large industrial metal rooftop solar power system. It supports framed and frameless module installation. It is designed under test of stress analysis and wind engineering analysis to optimize the system. It complies with AS/NZS 1170, DIN 1055, IBC 2012, GB50009-2012and other local building codes and construction acts.

Using the HDP galvanized steel, SUS304 stainless steel, high-strength aluminum alloy of AL6063 &AL6005 as the structure materials, the GP-MRM metal roof mounting system provide excellent anticorrosion to allow the structure standing up extremely climate condition.

Meanwhile, our metal roof racking solutions use self-developed solar mounting rail, rail nuts and metal roof clamp, it allows the system been assembled flexibly and user-friendly. According to different kinds of metal roof type, we provide various kinds of mounting rails, module clamps, roof hooks, support feet, hanger bolts and roof clamp for system mounting to apply to most of metal roof types. The simple design allows high pre-assemble, fast installation and height & tilt angle adjustment on field, so much so that to shorten installation time and labor cost.
