Traditional wire bar coating machine is twining steel wire on the surface of the steel bar for coating , the thin wire on surface is easily getting loose and broken, and not easy to clean, also cannot be ultrathin membrane coating.

In order to solve the above problems, OSP Company develops a new kind of extrusion type wire bar coating machine. OSP wire bar coating machines use precision mould, and cold extrusion processing technology to fabricate concave and convex wavy curve lines on surface of steel bar,play the same effect with traditional wire bar coating machine. However, due to its surface without steel wire twining, so should have no worry about loose and broken wire. Moreover, the curve on the surface is smooth and lubricative, very easy to clean. The most important is, OSP wire bar coating machine breaks through the limit of traditional wire bar coating machine, able to coat only 2μm thickness wet film, solving the difficult problem of ultrathin membrane coating.  O
