1. Is ZJ dragon boat paddle blade strong enough for Paddle Rowing ?
Absolutely Yes, Most of ZJ Paddle blades are reinforced with extra layers of carbon fiber on the central position, and all the ZJ dragon paddle blade edge is reinforced with extra carbon fiber and fiberglass filament.

 

 

2. What’s the difference in the core foam between ZJ carbon fiber dragon boat Paddle blade and other factory’ s dragon boat paddle blade ?
The core foam for ZJ paddle blade is the PVC foam, imported from DIAB Group, Sweden (www.diabgroup.com, the best foam in the world, the foam normally is used for making the aircraft) and is shaped by the advanced CNC machine separately for each different blade molds, while most other factories use PU material and shaped by hand. As we all know that the PU foam will re-expansion when in high temperture, that is why the PU foam blade edge will split very easily and the dimpling problem will frequently occur after using for a short time, on the other side, the PVC foam provides ZJ blades with better stability than the PU foam, ZJ Paddle blade seldomly have the split blade edge.

 

3. What’s the difference in the dragon boat paddle blade finish between ZJ dragon boat Paddle Blade and other factory’s blades?
All the ZJ Paddle blades are hand lay-up, clear coated finished, one-step forming, the blade is completely finished after shaping once take it out of the mold.
No paint spraying process in ZJ Paddle blade.
At other factory, normally the paddle blade is with PU foam and the blade defects are covered by paint spraying process, the new paddle is good looking, however, after paddling several times, the problem and defects will come out.
By the way, the paint spraying process create much harmful substances to the living environment.
