Main Uses
Bale cutter is mainly used to cut natural rubber, synthetic rubber and other plastic materials into small pieces, which is convenient to the next mixing procedure, particularly suitable installed near internal mixer or dispersion kneader. It consists of rubber knife, rack, cylinder, base support, auxiliary gauges, hydraulic system, electrical control system and etc. Simple structure makes it convenient to operate.

Features
The lead is casted on edge of the rubber knife to protect it from being damaged.
Two position limit switches are installed on the frame, controlled by the reversal valve, meanwhile, it protects the cylinder cover from damaged while travelling up and down.
