Epoxy fishboard surfboards

Products construction:EPS/PU Foam core with wood stringer(different density)+non-woven cloth +Fiberglass(4&6 ounce)+Resin(Epoxy resin & PU resin )+Wood/Bamboo veneer+fiberglass+finish coating +Polishing

Material:We mainly use imported fiberglass for PU Boards & Transparent EPS Boards ;Eps boards:Epoxy resin &PU boards :unsaturated polyester resins.

1 ) Shaping:Use the cutting machine to cut a whole foam into parts,then CNC Machine shaping & Manual shaping.

2) Lamination:Use non-woven cloth,fiberglass and resin to seal the foam from air,then some boards need add PVC and bamboo/wood veneer to strengthen the boards (this requires vaccum bag)

3) Sanding:sanding away part of resin to make boards flat and smooth,no shiny spots

4) Undercoating:paint the white undercoat first ,then paint the color coating

5) Design:The skillful girl to tape out the design then paint color

6) Silk screen print:Put various water transfer logo on the boards,then add some transparent oil.

7) Polishing: polishing with wax and silicon carbide paper,to make the boards shiny and smooth

8) QC:There is an experienced person who makes pre-checking if there is any flaw on the boards before sending to packaging department

9) Cleaning: Cleaning the wax and other dust on the boards

10) Packing: pack with EPE FOAM,then bubble bag,use cardboard to protect rail,nose and tail,finally put into export carton box.

Payment Term:

a)For samples' delivery time,will be about 15 days after received sample fee

 

b)Production period: 60 days (15-25days less for off-season usual in Jul-Sep,not absolute)

 

c)Sample fee:same as bulk quotation paid prior to sample-making and EX-WORKS

d)Payment terms (T/T): paid all amount for samples prior production;30% deposit,70% balance before delivery.

e)If order quantity reached a 20' container ,will be FOB price ShenZhen.
