1..Circle style automatic tool changer with 8 pieces of tools in total. Changing the tool automatically

 only needs 8 second. It used to engraving and drilling holes on top space. 

2. Italian Combination drill (11 bits+ 1 saw blade), saw blade for cutting panels into 

different sizes “X” axis and “Y” axis, drilling for cut holes on 4 side faces of 

wooden panel for insert lockset(perpendicular to “Z” axis)

3. Lathe body is welded with seamless thick steel structure, the stability is excellent, 

not easy to be deformed.

4. Automatic lifting device for Vacuum suckers allows the easy operation on the side

 of working pieces, vacuum working table with double cavities and Bakelite material

 with high absorption power. Even if you cut 1300*2500MM size panel into 12-15 pieces,

 this vacuum table can absorb it very well.

5.Three axes adopt Hiwin high precision square orbit; x and y axes adopt rack and pinion 

transmission, fast working, high efficiency and low cost; z axis adopts imported ball screw, 

with high precision and long life time.
