Plastic Honeycomb Board Equipment

Main models of PP (polypropylene) plastic honeycomb board and PC (polycarbonate) plastic honeycomb board:

1) PP honeycomb board (coated with non-woven fabrics on both side)

Model: diameter (Ф3-Ф12), density of honeycomb core (g/cm 3), specification of non-woven fabrics on both face (g/m2)

Standard size: 2440mm X 1220mm (96” X 48”), can also be manufactured according to requirements of users.

2) PC honeycomb board

Diameters of PC honeycomb core: 3.5mm, 4mm, 5mm, 6mm and 8mm, in which, 3.5mm (PC3.5-90) and 6mm (PC6-70) are common models.

Model: diameter (mm), density of honeycomb core (g/cm 3), specification range: (thickness) ( mm ): PC 3.5-90 3.5 0.09 2--350, PC6-70 6 0.07 2--350

Color: mainly used to produce transparent, gray and white products, and products of other colors
