Voltage dip means that the RMS of voltage load decreases between the 10%-90% of the rated value and lasts for about 0.5 periods to 1 minute. Short duration voltage break means that the load voltage is lower than 10% of the RMS and lasts less than 1 minute. As the economy develops, electricity load structure is changing.
