2. Buyer signs CI and sends it back to Seller

3. Buyer’s bank sends MT103 conditional for the amount of the SPOT value to Seller’s bank but each MT103 not higher than 70 Million USD /Doc (As agreed with our Ban)

4. Seller gives SGS/POP/DTA within 48 hours and load buyer Vessel .The Buyer makes Dip Test at loading port if he needs so, because the Seller SGS is from same day.

5. After successful Dip Test, Buyer shall pay with MT103 at loading port, then seller Bank sends to Buyer Bank the transfer of Titleholder on buyers name.
