1.Suitable for linear,circular and the irregular curve chamfer,this can be completed on one machine,has the function of multi-usage.

2.Chamfer milling angular speed is 10000 RPM,  work piece surface finish is high(roughness is 1.6 to 3.2).

3.The machine adopts imported indexable (diamond, square) blades,  replacement is easy,for carbon steel, stainless steel, copper, aluminum, powder metallurgical material, chamfering and deburring of parts of the bakelite and other materials. 0-3mm can be adjust ,chamfer size is  accurate,the surface is smooth .

4.The v-shaped and round table for the overall forged carbide steel, formed by the multichannel working procedure processing, its surface with high hardness, wear-resistant, not easy to be artifacts or other sharp objects scratching.

5.The core components of cutter arbor, formed by the fine processing, arbor bearing adopts imported bearings to ensure its security, stability, increase the service life and reduce noise.
