electro forged steel grating is the most common grating in all fields. Load bearing bars and the twisted cross bars are pressed and welded together by electric resistance welding process with 2500 kva current. Simultaneously very high hydraulic pressure will be applied to forge weld these together to form open grid flooring.

Standard panel

• Load bar depths : 25, 30, 32, 35, 38, 40, 45, 50, 60 are most common
• But we can produce upto 100mm
• Load bar thickness: 3, 4, 4.5, 5, 6 and 8mm
• Cross bar size : twisted square bar in 6mm or 8mm
• Pitches : 30x50, 30x100, 33x38, 40x50,40x100, 41x50,41x100mm etc.
• Load bar type: plain or serrated
• Panel size : 3 ft x 20 ft or 1 mtr x 5.8 mtr approx. ( banded or un banded)
• Finish : self colour or hot dip galvanised
