Application and Paste :

Thermal double-sided tape paste on the IC radiator fixed field is the most effective method , professional use in heat sink and chip stick. LED easier to use, paste the thermal double-sided tape between the LED lamp holder and the radiating aluminum plate, with a little force to press ; heat conduction effect is more significant than the general thermal conductive adhesive.
